Burlington, Vt. – Two Vermont-based businesses, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters and Bruegger’s Enterprises, Inc., announced today they had completed acquisition of Canadian-based Timothy’s Coffees of the World, Inc.
Bruegger’s Enterprises, Inc., operator of Bruegger’s Bagel restaurants, completed the purchase of Timothy’s retail operations prior to Green Mountain Coffee Roasters acquisition of Timothy’s wholesale business.
