Enosburg, Vt. - A man matching the description of the robber who held up the Chittenden Bank in Swanton over 2 weeks ago appears to have robbed the TD bank in Enosburg Village, Vt., Friday morning, Nov. 13, according to State Police.
Fleeing on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, the white male in his 20’s wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt with a distinct skull design and camo pants left the bank after brandishing a knife and demanding cash. Two customers were present at the time of the robbery but no-one was injured.
Police said the man was 5′7 – 5′9 tall with medium build, wore a yellow ski hat with tassels worn under the hoodie and kept a black scarf covering part of his face. He also wore black gloves, possible a motocross style with circular design. Similar to the Swanton robbery, he carried a plastic grocery bag.
Anyone who may have witnessed the event, seen any suspicious activity, vehicles or persons in or around the area of the bank is urged to call the Vermont State Police St. Albans Barracks at 802-524-5993.
There is a reward up to $5,000 for anyone who may have information leading to the arrest of the person involved.
