Burlington, Vt. -  Depositions and testimony were heard today in the case brought against the Roman Catholic Diocese of Burlington by a former altar boy who was abused by now de-frocked Father Edward Paquette, 80.  Evidence describing  continued sexual abuse incidents by Father Paquette were read before the jury.
